Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    1/3 c. rum
Preparation
    Crush wafers in blender; chop pecans finely.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and shape into small balls.
    Roll in confectioners sugar or cocoa and store in airtight container at least a week before using.
    Makes 50.
