Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. rice
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth or stock
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. uncooked chicken, cut in small strips
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. pineapple syrup (from can)
    1 can pineapple slices or cubes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Cook rice in 1 tablespoon of oil until light brown.
    Put in square casserole and stir in chicken broth.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add more broth if rice dries.
    Cook chicken strips in 2 tablespoons of oil; cook and stir until chicken is white.
    Add celery, onion, green pepper and soy sauce.
