Slop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
20 to 30 torn corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 can corn, drained
1 small can green chilies (optional)
grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

In a large pan brown ground beef over medium heat.
Tear tortillas into bite-size pieces and add enough to soak up grease and make tortillas soft.
Add soup and milk, stir until just mixed.
Add corn and stir. May add green chilies or serve on the side.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese and heat until melts. Serve.
