Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of potato soup (10 3/4 oz. each, undiluted)
    1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 package (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded style
    2 cups shredded sharp or extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and garlic salt. Add frozen potatoes and Cheddar cheese - Mix well.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased baking dish.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 55 - 60 minutes, till brown on top.
