Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings, plus a little crumbled bacon (optional)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook spinach in saucepan according to package directions. Drain well, pressing spinach against colander to remove excess water. Return to pan; set aside. If you're using bacon drippings, add them to spinach at this point.
