Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. zucchini squash, peeled and cut up
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of soda
    1/4 c. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Put into 3 loaf pans 1/2 full.
    Bake for 60 minutes.
    Use knife for test.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
