Bicycle Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    3 to 5 center cut pork chops
    1 c. milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place in a large casserole.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Add onion.
    Mix flour and milk together until flour is smooth.
    Pour over potatoes and onion. Now dot this mixture with butter; place pork chops on top.
    Salt and pepper to taste and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
