Country Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds
3 c. chopped peeled apples
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla until well blended.
Beat in flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
When completely mixed (batter will be very thick), stir in nuts and apples. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake about 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with nuts.
