Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    5 ripe bananas (4 mashed, 1 coarsely chopped)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add vanilla, lemon juice and eggs. Beat well.
    Stir in mashed bananas.
    Sift together salt, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
    Combine with banana mixture.
    Add sour cream, nuts and chopped bananas.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until surface springs back when touched. Cool in pan on cake rack.
    Put in plastic bags to mellow.
    Freezes very well.
