Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 potatoes
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
Preparation
    Place in a well oiled baking dish the potatoes (washed, peeled and thinly sliced).
    Heat in small saucepan the milk, dry mustard, water and grated cheese.
    Season with salt, pepper and the grated onion.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; continue baking until the potatoes are soft and tender and the top is brown.
