Kufta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground beef (any amount)
    potatoes (any amount)
    tomato sauce
    minced onion (1 small per lb.)
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    allspice (1 to 3 tsp. per lb.)
    fresh parsley or cilantro (1 bunch per lb. to 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice into thin rounds (like for potato chips).
    Parboil; drain and set aside.
    Combine beef, spices, onion and finely cut parsley or cilantro.
    Shape into hamburger patties or 4 to 6-inch sausage rolls.
