Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 medium onion
    1 or 2 carrots (optional)
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook the squash with onion.
    Drain and mix with other ingredients.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 or 45 minutes.
