Rich And Charlie'S 'Chicken Modiga' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (6 to 8 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breasts
    1 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    3/4 ??? fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped Prosciutto ham
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    8 oz. Provolone cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in saucepan and set aside.
    Cut remaining 1/2 cup of margarine/butter in half.
    Put margarine and flour in mixing bowl.
    Mash with fork to make creamy mixture.
    Set aside.
