Ingredients

3 medium size potatoes
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes.
Beat egg yolks; stir in potatoes and flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat egg whites until rounded peaks are formed.
Fold into the potato mixture.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter in a hot greased skillet.
Brown on both sides.
Makes about 1 dozen.
