Cubed Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed pork
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onion
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. chicken rice soup
    1 c. mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or more)
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery, onion and green pepper.
    Mix all together with other ingredients.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0, uncovered, in a 2-quart casserole.
