Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    Add one teaspoon sugar; set aside.
    Place shortening and remaining sugar in large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups boiling water, mix and cool to lukewarm.
    Beat in eggs and yeast.
    Stir in 1 1/3 cups flour and beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap and put a plate on top.
    Place in refrigerator.
    After 2 hours, punch bowl; let set overnight in refrigerator.
