Hawaiian Grilled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
    6 (1-inch) pork chops
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice, saving 1/4 cup juice; set aside.
    Place chops in a large, shallow dish.
    Combine pineapple juice and next 5 ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
    Remove chops, saving marinade.
    Grill over medium coals 40 to 45 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade during last few minutes of cooking time.
