Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Pour brown sugar over butter.
    Add drained pineapple.
    Mix cake mix using pineapple juice plus enough water to equal amount called for by mix.
    (Optional:
    Can use rum to equal liquid instead of water.) Bake as directed.
    Turn cake out of pan when done.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
