Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. orange juice
    nuts
    2 apples, cut up in fine pieces
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat first 7 ingredients in an electric mixer for 10 minutes. In separate bowl, cut apples up in fine pieces.
    Add cinnamon, sugar and nuts.
    Grease and flour a tube pan.
    Arrange in layers, first batter, then apples.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
