Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. minced onion
2 1/2 c. kidney beans or cooked pinto beans
1 1/3 c. condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in butter until done.
Add beans and cook 10 minutes.
Mix last 4 ingredients and add to other mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 45 minutes.
Makes about 8 servings.
