Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. summer squash, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    8 oz. bag herb seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix stuffing with butter.
    Spread half of mixture in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix soup, sour cream, carrots and cooked squash.
    Toss lightly to combine.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until top is brown and bubbly.
