Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chunk pineapple (reserve juice)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. cheese cubes (Cheddar or Velveeta)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Preparation

Beat eggs; combine them in a saucepan with the sugar, flour and juice from the pineapple.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Set aside to cool.
When cool, stir into the fruit-marshmallow-cheese mixture.
Serves 8 to 10.
