Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
Preparation

Stir milk and oil into egg. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in berries. Stir into 12 muffin-lined cups. Top with Crumb Topping. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
