Raisin-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran
    1 c. raisins (white)
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Blend ingredients just until moist.
    Add 1 1/2 cups walnuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 preheated oven 20 minutes.
    Mixture keeps in refrigerator several weeks.
