Baked Orange Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 chicken, cut in pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 sliced, minced ginger root
Preparation
-
Brown chicken pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine orange juice, orange rind, paprika, mustard, margarine and ginger root.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake for one hour.
Turn after 30 minutes.
Serve with rice and peas.
