Honeyed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    4-5 c. carrots, sliced
    1 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    2 lg. onions, sliced thin
    1 lg. can drained whole tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes cut in pieces to cover chicken)
    1/2 stick butter
    3 c. honey
    Salt, to taste
    Cooked rice for 6
Preparation
    Place chicken in roasting dish, side by side, and salt generously. Cover the meat with all the vegetables and salt them well. Melt honey and butter over low heat. Stir well and pour this over the meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are done.
