Creamy Chicken With Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 c. milk (low-fat)
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat in saucepan; stir in flour, onion and seasoned salt until mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat; stir in milk.
    Return to heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute.
    Stir in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese; heat just until cheese is melted and chicken is hot.
    Serve creamed chicken over asparagus spears; top with remaining cheese.
