Hot Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings *
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) bottles red hot sauce
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut wings into two pieces, discarding wing tips.
    Cook on rack over pan in oven at 425\u00b0 for one hour.
    Turn after half hour.
    Melt butter or margarine and add hot sauce.
    Pour over cooked wings and marinate at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
    Place on rack again and broil for 5 minutes on each side, until crisp.
