Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    3 1/3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. raisins or chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour; add baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
    Sift together.
    Add nuts and raisins; toss lightly to coat.
    Measure sugar and add oil.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, then add pumpkin.
    Add flour mixture and water, beating thoroughly until mixed.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
