Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine or butter (1 c.)
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. nuts, chopped (optional, add peanuts later)
    7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
    1 can chocolate sour cream frosting
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix butter, sugar and cocoa together; stir in eggs.
    Add flour mixture, coconut and nuts; mix well.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour dough into cake pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    After removing from oven, spread Marshmallow Creme over cake.
    When cool, frost or sprinkle chopped peanuts over Marshmallow Creme; serve with ice cream and fudge topping.
