Ritzy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and baking powder and vanilla by hand.
    Add nuts and crackers.
    Pour into greased 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool.
    Will be hard but cream softens it.
    Spread with whipped cream when cool. Refrigerate overnight.
