Easy Yokan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 sticks red kanten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 cans tsubushian
Preparation
    Wash kanten; tear
    into
    pieces and soak in water.
    Add sugar; bring to
    a boil.
    Add tsubushian; mix well.
    Cook over low heat for
    30 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    When cool, refrigerate.
