Lawrence'S Quick Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white rice
    3 c. water
    1 tall can pink salmon
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add 3 cups water to 1 cup rice in covered casserole dish, place in oven at 350\u00b0 until water is gone (approximately 10 minutes). Stir in salmon and juices until a paste.
    Add celery and thoroughly mix.
    Ideal salad or sandwich spread.
