Grandma'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
a right smart handful of hog lard or 1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Grandma places her flour in a large bowl, makes a well in the center of it and adds the lard and milk to it.
Work it together and roll it out.
Cut out small biscuits.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
