Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots, grated
    1/2 c. nuts (pecans)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    water
Preparation
    Soak the raisins for a few minutes in water; drain.
    Mix the mayonnaise with the cider vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over carrots; toss well.
