Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 envelopes gelatin in 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar, added to beaten egg whites
    whipped cream
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, pumpkin, milk, egg yolks, spices and orange juice; cook until mix thickens.
    Add gelatin to water and stir into hot mix.
    Add beaten egg whites to 2 tablespoons sugar. Fold in pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cool and serve with whipped cream.
