Dessert Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. yeast (RapidRise)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. very warm water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.
    Stir very warm water and oil into dry ingredients.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.
    Cover; let rest for 10 minutes.
    Oil a 14-inch pizza pan.
    Roll dough to fit pan.
    Top with your choice of fruit topping or pie filling.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
