Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Layer cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine next four ingredients and pour half over the cheese.
    Pour eggs over the cheese.
    Pour remaining cream over the eggs.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
