Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chicken broth or 2 bouillon cubes with 2 c. water
1 sliced ginger root
1/2 tsp. sherry
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. scallions
Preparation

Mix broth and ginger root.
Bring to boil, remove ginger root. Stir in eggs; remove from heat.
Garnish with scallions and serve.
