Whole Wheat Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo, room temperature
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. white flour
    1 1/2 c. wheat flour
Preparation
    Add yeast to warm water; stir.
    Add honey; stir.
    Add oleo, salt, white flour and 1/2 cup wheat flour.
    Beat on low speed until blended.
    Then on high speed for 1 minute.
    Stir in remaining wheat flour.
    Cover and let rise until double, about 45 minutes.
    Grease 1 loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
