Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
juice of 1 lime
2 tsp. ginger and garlic paste
chili powder or 6 dry red chillies
1 tsp. coriander powder
2 to 3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garam masala
Preparation

Clean and skin chicken.
Cut into required pieces and wash it. Drain water completely.
Apply lime juice and salt to taste and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
