Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 lb. salmon
    1 c. celery
    1 can tomato paste
    3 qt. day old bread
    2 large cut onions
    2 sticks butter
    6 Tbsp. ground sage
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer celery, add tomato paste and pour over bread.
    Saute onions and mix in paste.
    Stuff salmon.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
