Baked Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 lb. salmon
1 c. celery
1 can tomato paste
3 qt. day old bread
2 large cut onions
2 sticks butter
6 Tbsp. ground sage
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Simmer celery, add tomato paste and pour over bread.
Saute onions and mix in paste.
Stuff salmon.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
