Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Place drained pineapple chunks in baking pan.
Mix together sugar and flour.
Sprinkle over pineapple.
Place cheese over sugar and flour. Mix crackers and butter until blended.
Spread cracker mixture over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
