Jelly Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    12 tsp. jelly
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Set oven at 425\u00b0 for a hot oven.
    Grease the muffin pan with shortening.
    Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl.
    Mix the beaten egg, milk and cooking oil.
    Add the egg and milk mixture to dry ingredients.
    Fill the greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
    Push 1 teaspoon jelly into each muffin.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
