Ruthie'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except one cup pecans.
Form into a ball and roll mixture in remaining pecans.
Cover with foil and refrigerate until served.
Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
