Green-Herb Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
3 Tbsp. grated Sap Sago or Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. minced shallots
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In blender, process the cottage cheese until very smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl.
Whisk in the yogurt, Sap Sago or Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, honey, mustard, shallots, basil and black pepper.
