Day Ahead - Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 Idaho baking potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    12 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    pinch of ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Put potatoes into large pot, cover with water.
    Bring to boil and simmer over medium heat until tender.
    Drain.
    Put potatoes in large mixing bowl; beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in butter and cream cheese, which have been cut into mall pieces.
    Beat in sour cream, salt and pepper.
