Rolled Beef Steak With Italian Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak, pounded out well
    5 c. bread crumbs, moistened with milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 slices ground salami
    2 tsp. basil
    4 tsp. parsley
    1 crushed bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except steak
    and stewed tomatoes, until moist.
    Spread mixture on steak and roll up.
    Tie or pin meat. Brown on both sides.
    Add the stewed tomatoes.
    Put in a covered roaster; cook for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
