Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    salt to taste in the sauce
Preparation
    Mix mustard, flour and salt.
    Pound dry ingredients into steak, covering both sides.
    Brown in oil on both sides.
    Cover meat with onion and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, salt and brown sugar over all.
    Cover pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
