Angel Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    3 small pkg. strawberry jello
    2 pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 c. boiling water
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water, stirring thoroughly until dissolved.
    Add frozen strawberries.
    While thawing, stir often. When it begins to congeal, put into large bowl and beat with mixer until light and foamy.
    Cut or break cake into small pieces and fold into jello mixture.
    Pour into large angel food cake pan and place in refrigerator until set.
    Remove from pan and slice.
    Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar mixture.
